The contract is only concluded upon explicit order confirmation by Buuble AI.
The prices listed on the website include the applicable VAT and, unless otherwise stated, additional shipping costs. Buuble AI reserves the right to change prices at any time. The prices valid at the time of the order shall apply.
Payment may be made in advance, by credit card, PayPal, or on invoice, as offered during the order process. The payment terms are clearly indicated during the ordering process.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal instructions will be provided to the customer separately. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is obliged to return the product.
Buuble AI shall only be liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations. In cases of slight negligence, Buuble AI shall only be liable for the breach of an essential contractual obligation (cardinal obligation), provided that the damage was foreseeable and typical of the contract. Buuble AI reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version of the GTC is available on the website. Customers will be notified of any significant changes in a timely manner.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply under the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain in full force. In place of the invalid provision, a regulation that most closely approximates the economic purpose of the invalid provision shall apply.
